Q: I want to amend an order I’ve just placed, can I?  

We’re so sorry, but it’s not possible to amend or cancel an order once it’s been placed. This is because we work with such an efficient distributor that your order will often be picked and packed before we can get to it. If something’s not right, simply send it back to us (FREE returns for all UK customers!). 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

 If you haven’t received your dispatch note yet, we’ll try our absolute best to cancel the order for you. But, please be aware that because our turnaround time for picking and packing orders is so fast, we might not always be able to.

Q: Where is my order?  

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you your tracking details, and you’ll receive delivery updates from your courier.  

Standard UK delivery can take up to five working days, and International delivery can take up to 14. 

If you have any worries about your delivery, or you’re not going to be home when your courier calls, visit the courier’s website, where they’ll be able to help you make other arrangements. For more information on our shipping services, head to our Delivery page. 

Q: My order never arrived, what should I do? 

If you’ve contacted your courier and they’ve been unable to locate your order, give us a call on +44 (0)208 0906 114, and we’ll be able to help you.  

Q: How do I return an item? 

Our returns process is super simple. For UK customers, just visit the Royal Mail website here and enter your order number and details to create your returns label. Then simply print it out, attach it to your parcel and pop to your local post office to send it back to us. The post office can also print your label if you don’t have access to a printer.

*Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will NOT be refunded for shipments outside the UK. For orders outside the UK, duties and taxes paid via Global-E are not refundable once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Q: What’s your returns policy?

You can return any part of your order, unworn and undamaged, within 30 days of receiving it (14 days for sale items), and we’ll issue you with a full refund.

Q: How long will my refund take?  

We process most returns within a few days of receiving your order, and we’ll send you an email once we’ve done so.  

During extremely busy periods, i.e. Christmas or special promotions, please allow up to two weeks. 

Q: What size should I go for? 

All of our products are Simple Sized, which offers fluidity of fit and means that, generally speaking, either side of your normal sizing should work.  

For our launch collection, we have eight models that cover a range of our sizes. We’ve listed those details on each product page under the 'Model Information' tab, to help give you an idea.
