Free UK returns on all purchases
Our returns policy
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it (or 14 days for sale items), and we’ll process a full refund. All that we ask is that you send your item/s back to us unworn and in the same beautiful condition you received them. And please reuse your resealable envelope to help us protect our planet's precious resources.
For products purchased at one of our pop-ups or events, please email hello@peachaus.com before returning. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).
How to return your order
UK customers
- Visit the Royal Mail website here
- Fill in your order number and details
- Download your Peachaus returns label – you can either print it or the post office will print it for you
- Take your parcel to your local post office
- Keep your proof of postage handy in case you need it later
- If you can’t get to your post office, you can also arrange a collection via the same link
International customers

*Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will NOT be refunded for shipments outside the UK. For orders outside the UK, duties and taxes paid via Global-E are not refundable once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
EU Right of Withdrawal
For customers located within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Peachaus of your decision to cancel before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. You may do this by contacting our customer service team at hello@peachaus.com.
Once you have notified us of your intention to withdraw, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to cancel.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, including the standard cost of delivery (where applicable), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
What’s the cost of a return?
For UK customers, we offer a free tracked returns service via Royal Mail. At this time, we’re unable to offer a free returns service to our international customers.
How long will my refund take?
We endeavour to process all returns within a few days of receiving them, and we’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve processed your refund.
During very busy periods, please allow up to two weeks to receive your refund confirmation email.
