At Peachaus, your wellbeing is our priority. Our bra fittings are designed to offer you a warm, supportive, and educational experience that leaves you feeling comfortable, empowered, and seen. However, by participating in this wellness fitting, we kindly ask that you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Waiver of Liability

I understand that the Peachaus bra fitting experience is a non-medical, wellness-based service offered by trained ambassadors, not healthcare professionals. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I acknowledge and agree that:

- I am voluntarily participating
in the Peachaus bra fitting experience.

- Peachaus Ltd, its employees,
ambassadors, contractors, or affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, discomfort, or damage (physical, emotional, or material) that may arise during or following the fitting session.

- I am responsible for
communicating any personal comfort preferences or sensitivities during the session.

- If I have any medical conditions or recent surgeries that may affect my experience, I will inform the bra fitter beforehand and/or seek advice from a medical professional prior to participating.

Consent to Participate

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to release Peachaus Ltd and its representatives from any and all liability related to my participation in this experience.

I understand that I am free to stop or pause the session at any time for any reason.

Photo/Video Consent

We may be taking photos and/or video content during the event for use in Peachaus marketing and community materials.
